Return policy


If for some reason you need to return your item purchased online, please email us at and we will walk you through what to do. This is essential, in particular during the Covid-19 lockdown.

Please note the following requirements:

- items must be returned within 14 days after the purchased goods were delivered

- items must be unused and not damaged - all items must be in exactly the same condition as you received them, including tags and attached seals

- items must be returned in the original packaging (including labels, accessories and associated documents)

Electra reserves the right to refuse to refund any returned items if the above conditions are not met. 



Please notify us by e-mail ( of your wish to return goods.

Goods must be returned to Electra in perfect condition.

All shoes can only be tried on a carpeted surface until you have decided to keep them. Footwear must be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered to be part of the delivered goods. Please make sure to return the shoes and shoe box inside another solid carton box in order  to not damage the original packaging.

- We recommend sending your return via tracked post (as we are not liable for lost packages) and retaining your tracking number for reference.

- Non-stamped shipments or COD shipments will be refused

- After the receipt and approval by Electra, you will be sent a receipt confirmation by e-mail

- When your returned goods have been approved by Electra your order will be refunded in due course

Purchased goods can be exchanged within 14 days. Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned goods and are based on stock availability. Exchanges are shipped to you free of charge.


REFUNDS for purchases made online 

Where the above conditions have been met, we will refund your card within a period of 3 days of receiving your item. Refunds will be made via the same method on which you originally paid. Refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear on your account. If this has not occurred within this period please contact us immediately.
